Tata Nicole plays out as two scores: yours, entirely before and after the wedding — and your guests’, entirely during. Here they are, one after the other.
01 Your journey
Everything before, everything after — nothing during
On the night, there’s no control room to run and no app to babysit. That’s a design promise.
You set it up
First names, date, film look, and the development moment — brunch the next day, or when you’re back from the honeymoon. A few minutes, months ahead.
You print the table kit
A card at every plate, posters, the mic announcement script. All provided as PDFs, ready to print.
You do nothing on the night
You’re newlyweds, not stage managers. The card at each plate does the work — and the venue screen runs on its own if you turned it on.
You receive everything
At development: the whole album, then the full-resolution archive and the contact-sheet PDFs. Yours, forever.
02 Your guests’ journey
Scan, aim, give
No account, no install, under a minute — including for the aunt who never installs anything.
They scan the card
The QR at their plate (or the short code, for QR sceptics). They give their first name, that’s all.
They get 24 exposures
No preview, no retakes: every click counts. They aim for what matters, then put the phone down.
They leave a note
At the last exposure, each guest can write you a note on the back — revealed with their photos, never before.
They discover the next day
A notification at development: everyone receives their personal contact sheet. Their keepsake of your wedding.

What we get asked here
01How far ahead do we need to plan?
Long enough to print the table kit — so a few days is plenty. In practice, couples set it up months ahead and stop thinking about it.
02Should we warn guests before the big day?
No. The card at each plate and the mic announcement (script provided) are enough. The surprise is part of the fun.
03Who starts the development?
Nobody: it starts on its own at the date and time you chose. Once it starts, the reveal can’t be cancelled.
